School Maintenance & Repairs
We perform Quarterly based maintenance schedules to our School Maintenance customers. The dates are pre-booked the month before the holidays commence ensuring that Empire Air can meet the requests from the facilities team on site. Maintenance is undertaken during the school holiday periods to ensure all air conditioners within the schools are operating as per their design and to ensure all systems stay clean and presentable.
The reason maintenance is undertaken on a quarterly basis is due to the high usage that school air conditioning systems operate under. This increases the wear and tear on parts within the systems and the rate at which the washable/disposable filters within the systems accumulate dust from traffic within the rooms serviced. We perform the maintenance on a range of various different brands, makes and models of systems.
The maintenance includes inspections with preventative and proactive cleaning and parts replacement if required, diagnosing any faults, quoting and repairing breakdowns within systems quickly to prevent interruption to the students learning within classroom environments.
Where immediate repairs are not achievable, we complete any works outside of regular school hours to ensure the systems are kept operating with minimal impact on the classroom environment.
Our technicians attend site with asset registers that are updated after each maintenance, displaying any concerns, locations of controllers and outdoor units and so on. We also attend site with Aeris Active and Aeris guard products which are clinically tested and proven to not only kill mould and viruses but also Covid 19. At completion of service we invoice along with a copy of the service report and asset maintenance sheets.
