Hi Team Empire – we had a system installed 3 years ago – and found it was not working well so called . Empire found the invoice and sent Michael (he installed the unit and knew all) – and they found many issues caused by others who had been in the roof fixing lights and Michael fixed it all – pronto and with a smile.
